How it works
Sign up free
Learners join directly, or through their instructor. Instructors must register with a valid, in-date ADI badge number.
List your dates
Add your test date, centre and the dates you'd prefer. We only ever match within your test centre (or nearby ones you opt into).
Matched & connected
We find a learner whose dates fit yours. Then the two of you call DVSA yourselves to make the swap official.
We introduce learners — you make the swap
Since 12 May 2026, only the learner taking the test may change or swap it. DriveCraft Swap never logs into, books, changes or cancels a DVSA booking. We simply find you a match at your centre (or other centres you choose to accept — you pick only ones DVSA allows for you: the same centre, one of your three nearest, or the centre you first booked at); one of you then calls DVSA (0300 200 1122) and DVSA confirms directly with the other — the swap is always the learners' own doing.

Each test booking can only be changed twice. A swap counts as one change. DriveCraft Swap shows every student's remaining changes and will not create a listing for a student with 0 changes left. We also only match tests that are more than 10 working days away, so a swap can go ahead without losing the fee.
