- 1Go to the 📅 Diary tab.
- 2Tap the blue + Book lesson button at the top.
- 3Pick the Pupil (only your active pupils show), the Date, and the Start & End time. Add a pickup postcode if you like.
- 4Tap Book it. Done.
The lesson is priced automatically from that pupil's own hourly rate, and it shows in their portal too.
Quick way to add a free slot instead: tap an empty slot in the Diary week view — the Create Gap form opens pre-filled with that time. See ‘Create a gap’.
