- 1Go to 📅 Diary and make sure you're on Week view.
- 2Tap an empty slot on the day/time you're free — the Create Gap form opens already filled with that time.
- 3Check the Start & Finish time, pick Gearbox (Automatic/Manual), set the Price.
- 4Want the same slot on several days? Use Repeat for additional days (1–6).
- 5Tap 🟢 Create Gap.
This posts that time as available so a pupil or a member of the public can book and pay for it straight away.
