The app never moves money by itself — it keeps the books straight and the office settles up by hand. Here's the normal flow:
- 1A pupil signs up and pays the office up front (for example £380 for a block).
- 2The office is now holding that money and owes it to you for the lessons you'll deliver.
- 3You tap 🎟 Add prepaid credit to request that money from the office for that pupil.
- 4The office approves and releases it → it shows as the pupil's prepaid credit on your account.
- 5You deliver the lessons; each one draws down from that credit.
If a pupil gets a refund, the office charges their money (and any expenses) back to you. So only draw credit down as you actually deliver the lessons.
